Free Shipping on orders above $100

 

Please allow 1 day for us to process and dispatch your order.

 

All of our parcels are tracked and will be delivered to you safely.  We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our store.

                                                  

Please note that tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to activate, and can take the same amount of time to update. Please remember that your order is on its way and is moving through our logistics process, even if your tracking number is not yet available!

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

 

Orders within the USA are shipped within 7 to 12 days, while delivery times to other locations may vary based on the destination. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Although 95% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe (or even earlier!), unexpected delays may occur due to international shipping or customs procedures. For this reason, we can't guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe for all locations. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience. If you have any concerns, our customer service team is always ready to assist!

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@teeskidstoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
